Terms of Service

Introduction

The website infrabase.ai, its public API and its MCP server (together the "Service") are operated by Andersson-Larsson Holding AB, company registration no. 559254-7078 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Infrabase.ai is a directory of AI infrastructure products. Browsing the directory, the public API and the MCP server require no account and are free to use.

Listings, prices and other product facts are checked by hand against each vendor's own pages and carry the date they were checked where one is shown. Vendors change their products and prices, so the information can be out of date or wrong. It is provided for information only and is not advice. Check the vendor's own site before you rely on it.

Data licence

The directory data available through the public API and the MCP server is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY-4.0). You may reuse it, including commercially, as long as you credit Infrabase.ai and link to infrabase.ai or to the page the data came from.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• send automated requests at a volume that degrades the Service for others
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• submit false, misleading or infringing information in a product submission, edit suggestion or featured listing request

We may block traffic that does any of these things.

Product submissions and corrections

Submitting a product does not guarantee a listing. We decide what to list and may edit or remove listings at any time. By submitting a product, a correction or a logo, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and allow us to publish it on the Service.

Featured listings

Featured listings are paid placements on Infrabase.ai pages. Their price and billing terms are stated at infrabase.ai/advertise. We confirm a product fits before sending a payment link, and nothing is charged before you pay through that link. A featured listing never changes how products are described, compared or returned by the API and the MCP server.

Third-party links

Listings link to third-party websites, some through affiliate links. We are not responsible for their content, products or terms.

Availability

The Service, the public API and the MCP server are free and come with no promise of availability. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of them at any time, without notice.

Use at your own risk

You use the Service at your own risk. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

When the data reaches you through an AI assistant or another third-party tool, that tool decides how it is summarised and presented. We are not responsible for what it says.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on information in it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as your rights as a consumer.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at infrabase.ai/privacy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
