AutoGen

AutoGen is an open-source framework from Microsoft for building multi-agent AI systems. Agents communicate through asynchronous, event-driven messages and can collaborate on complex tasks. It supports Python and .NET, with built-in patterns for group chat, round-robin, and swarm orchestration. Features include tool use, human-in-the-loop control, and multimodal input.
