Openspender is a payment router for AI agents: one base URL in front of LLM APIs and machine-payable tools, billed per request from a self-custodial wallet. An agent posts to a provider slug (Anthropic, OpenAI, Exa, Tavily, Replicate, fal); Openspender checks the payment challenge against an allowance token, pays, and replays the request.
Wallets are non-custodial via Privy; Openspender never holds funds. Allowance tokens set per-request, daily, and total spending caps, enforced before signing. Built on x402 and MPP, with routing into the wider Bazaar and MPP registry catalogs.
