Clef is a pair of decision models from Cloudflare. Given a state (text, JSON, images or video) and a schema of typed questions, they return a probability for every allowed option instead of generated text. Clef is 27B, fine-tuned from Qwen3.8 27B; Clef-flash is 9B, from Qwen3.5 9B. Both have a 64K context window and accept the same request format as TypeSafe Jev.
Weights are on Hugging Face under Apache-2.0. On Workers AI they cost $0.24 per 1M input tokens (Clef) and $0.09 (Clef-flash), as of October 2026.
