What is evroc?

evroc is a European cloud provider building sovereign AI and compute infrastructure that operates entirely within the EU. The AI inference service, called Think, gives developers API access to open-source models hosted on NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPUs in European data centers.

Supported models

The Think service hosts models from Mistral AI (Devstral, Magistral), Microsoft (Phi-4 multimodal), Qwen (Qwen3 series), Moonshot AI (Kimi), NVIDIA (Llama 3.3), and OpenAI (gpt-oss-120B). Capabilities span chat, vision, code generation, embeddings, and transcription.

Infrastructure

evroc runs on NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPUs and claims roughly 30x faster LLM inference compared to H100-based setups. Developers can choose between shared GPU access (serverless-style) and dedicated GPU clusters for heavier workloads. Beyond inference, evroc offers general cloud services: virtual machines, GPU clusters, and object storage.

EU data residency

All data stays within EU borders. The platform targets regulated sectors (finance, energy, defense) where GDPR compliance and data sovereignty are hard requirements. This positions evroc alongside other EU-hosted inference providers like Nebius, Scaleway, and Mistral La Plateforme.
