Perplexity's open decision model, built on Qwen3.8-27B. It answers typed questions (choice, score, yes/no) with probabilities and reads images as well as text. The model card reports an expected calibration error of 0.014 on its own held-out calibration data and about 0.05 on decision datasets held out from all training. Perplexity's API serves v1.2 for requests that name v1.1.
