Rime is a text-to-speech API built for real-time voice agents, with 500+ voices across its Coda and Mist models. Coda, released in May 2026, is the default: nine languages and under 100ms of model latency when self-hosted. Mist v3 reaches about 37ms median time to first audio in Rime's own benchmark.
Audio streams over HTTP or WebSocket, with integrations for LiveKit and Pipecat. It runs as a cloud API, in a VPC or fully on-premise with Docker or Kubernetes. SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant.
