Opper is a European AI gateway from Stockholm: 700+ models from 50+ providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral and more) through one OpenAI-compatible API. It is ISO 27001 certified and covers every model under one DPA. Prompts and outputs are not stored by default; zero data retention is available on many pay-as-you-go routes.
Token rates are passed through with no markup. Opper charges 3% on credit purchases, or 5.5% with Control Plane, which adds tracing and policy rules. Failed requests are not billed. SDKs, an MCP server and a CLI for Claude Code and Codex are included.
