What Cekura does

Cekura is a testing and monitoring platform built specifically for voice and chat AI agents. It covers the full lifecycle: pre-production simulation and evaluation, CI/CD pipeline integration, and production conversation monitoring. Think of it as automated QA purpose-built for conversational AI.

Pre-production testing

Cekura generates thousands of test scenarios from an agent description, using diverse user personas with varied accents and communication styles for voice agents. It supports parallel calling for rapid evaluation, multi-turn red teaming for bias and jailbreak detection, and both custom and AI-generated evaluation metrics. The platform tunes LLM-based evaluators against actual call recordings to improve accuracy.

Production monitoring

In production, Cekura monitors conversations in real-time with voice-specific quality signals: gibberish detection, interruption tracking, latency, sentiment analysis, and pitch analysis. It includes replay for debugging, drop-off analysis to identify where calls get abandoned, and alerting via Slack, email, or webhooks on quality regressions.

Integrations and CI/CD

Cekura integrates natively with major voice AI platforms including Vapi, Retell, Synthflow, ElevenLabs, LiveKit, and Pipecat. For CI/CD, it works with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, gating deployments based on accuracy, latency, or safety thresholds.
