Inquio analyses transcripts from a deployed chatbot and returns a report card scoring how it actually performed.
Conversations are uploaded as CSV or sent through an API. Each report identifies specific issues ranked by severity, compares against industry benchmarks, and lists recommended fixes. Separate modules flag safety incidents and policy violations, and surface buying signals in the conversation data.
The free tier covers up to 1,000 conversations with one report every 30 days. Paid usage is billed per conversation.
