Typesense is an open-source search engine for fast, typo-tolerant search. It combines keyword (full-text) search with vector and semantic search, and supports hybrid search, faceting, geo-search, and fuzzy matching out of the box.
It runs self-hosted via Docker or native binaries, or as the managed Typesense Cloud. Client libraries cover JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, PHP, Ruby, and more, with integrations for LangChain and common web frameworks. Apache 2.0.
